SES—AMD—20061103—01952 and SES—AMD—20070207—00203) at Fillmore, California, is true and correct to the best of my belief and knowledge: 1. Name of Licensee: HNS License Sub, LLC 2. File Number of Application: SES—LIC—20061017—01869, as amended by SES— AMD—20061103—01952 and SES—AMD—20070207— 00203 3. Call Sign of the Antenna: E060383 4. Date of the License: March 6, 2007 5. Completion of Facility: The construction of the facilities has been completed as authorized. 6.
