This amendment proposes to substitute Nexstar Finance, Inc. as the assignee in this application. Nexstar Finance, Inc. is a subsidiary of Nexstar Finance, L.L.C. Nexstar Finance, L.L.C. will be merging into Nexstar Finance, Inc. with Nexstar Finance, Inc. as the surviving entity. The officers of Nexstar Finance, L.L.C. are also the officers of Nexstar Finance, Inc. Accordingly, this is a minor amendment. The FRN for Nexstar Finance, Inc. is 0009−9618−89. 14
