This amendment is being submitted solely to change the propsed assignee in the pending application for assignment of station E010024 from KARK−TV, Inc. to Nexstar Broadcasting of Arkansas, L.L.C. This amendment proposes to substitute Nexstar Finance, L.L.C. as the assignee in this application. As disclosed in the pending application, Nexstar Finance is the direct parent of Nexstar Broadcasting of Arkansas. Accordingly, this amendment is a minor amendment. The FRN for Nexstar Finance, L.L.C. is 0008−3028−61. This amendment proposes no other changes. 14
