Amendment to Modification Application SES-MOD-20111109-01345 Amendment is to Add up to 500 Thrane & Thrane Model TT-7090A Sailor 900 1.0 Meter Ku-band Antennas to the Pending Modification Application to Add up to 500 Sea Tel 0.75 Meter Ku-band Model USAT-30 Remote ESV Antennas to Vizada’s Southbury, CT Teleport ESV Authorization SES-MOD-20111109-01345 Call Sign KA313 By this Amendment to pending Modification Application SES-MOD-20111109- 01345 applicant Vizada, Inc. (Vizada) seeks authority to add up to 500 Thrane & Thrane Model TT-7090A Sailor 900 1.0 Meter Ku-band remote Earth Station on Vessel (ESV) antennas to its authorization to provide ESV service via its Southbury, CT teleport, call sign KA313. This is in addition to the request which is the subject of Modification Application SES-MOD-20111109-01345 for authority to add up to 500 Sea Tel 0.75 Meter Ku-band Model USAT-30 remote ESV antennas to the KA313 ESV Authorization. These remote ESVs will be located on vessels traveling in U.S. and international waters. They will operate with hub antennas that have already been licensed by the Commission and will be utilized to provide ESV service as previously authorized by the Commission. Vizada’s Showing of Compliance that the Sea Tel USAT-30 antenna complies with Part 25 of the Commission’s Rules is set forth in Exhibit 1 of the pending Modification Application SES-MOD-20111109-01345. The Showing of Compliance for the Thrane and Thrane Sailor 900 antenna follows herewith and the exhibits required by Section 25.222 are included as attachments to the Amendment Application. Showing of Compliance with Part 25 of the Commission’s Rules Section 25.222 (a) (1) Comply. See Thrane & Thrane and Varan Sailor 900 declarations and Exhibits 2, 3 and 4. The transmitters have off-axis EIRP spectral densities less than or equal to the levels in paragraph 25.222(a)(1)(i)(A) and meet the requirements of 25.222 (a)(1)(i) with an N value of 1. Exhibits 2, 3 and 4 provide the detailed demonstration described in paragraph 25.222 (b)(1). The Thrane & Thrane declaration also contains certifications that the antennas comply with the

The value N described in 25.222(a)(1)(i)(A) is 1. The certification from the equipment manufacturer stating that the tracking system meets the pointing and cessation of emission requirements of 25.222(b)(1)(iii) is contained in the Thrane & Thrane declaration.
