WC Docket No. 17-207 EB 2017-19 SCL-T/C-20170811-00019 SCL-T/C-20170811-00020 Dear Ms. Dortch: The U.S. Department of Justice, with the concurrence of the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (collectively “the Agencies”), requests that the Federal Communications Commission (“Commission”) defer action on the above-referenced application(s). The Agencies currently are reviewing this matter for national security, law enforcement, and public safety issues and cannot complete that review by September 28, 2017. We therefore request that the Commission defer action until such time as the Agencies notify the Commission of the completion of their reviews and, based on the results of such reviews, request appropriate action by the Commission. 1

The Agencies will advise the Commission promptly upon completion of their review.
