Dear Ms. Dortch:

       Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC” or
“Commission”) rules (47 C.F.R. § 25.280(a)), Intelsat License LLC hereby notifies the FCC of the
commencement of inclined orbit operations for Galaxy 25.1 Set forth below is the information required
by the Commission.

(1)    The operator’s name is Intelsat License LLC.

(2)    The satellite left the 0.05° inclination control box on March 2, 2018. The last north/south station-
       keeping maneuver occurred on February 24, 2018.

(3)    The initial inclination (after the last north/south station-keeping maneuver) was 0.03613°.

(4)    The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows:
