Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”) herein supplements its above referenced request to accelerate the
scheduled requested Special Temporary Authority (“STA”) drift date to February 20, 2019, to
accommodate the completion of traffic transition to Intelsat 38.1 All other information in the STA
remains unchanged.
