Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC (Intelsat") hereby notifies the Commission that it
has completed all aspects of the de—orbit ofits Intelsat 2 satellite.
Specifically, Intelsat has depleted the satellite‘s fuel, discharged the
batteries, disconnected the power from the bus, and shut off the
transmitters. Intelsat further updates the final measured orbit, apogee
and perigee information previously provided.l Specifically, the final
measured orbit of the Intelsat 2 satellite is 304 km above the
geostationary arc, with an apogee and perigee of 347.11 km and 261.27
km above the arc, respectively.
