Description PanAmSat Licensee Corp., pursuant to Section 25.120 of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission, herein requests Special Temporary Authority, beginning January 31, 2010 and lasting for a period of 14 days, to conduct emergency operations for the Intelsat 4 satellite, Call Sign S2461.

9. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
