(“PanAmSat”) hereby notifies the Commission that it has successfully de-orbited its Intelsat 6B satellite. The de-orbiting was completed on March 21,2008. The final measured orbit of the Intelsat 6B satellite is 3 18 km above the geostationary arc, with an apogee and perigee of 390 km and 245 km above the arc, respectively. In the course of de-orbiting the satellite, PanAmSat depleted the propellant tanks, discharged the batteries, disconnected the power from the bus, and shut off the transmitters.
