Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Globalstar Licensee LLC -- Notification Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 6 25.1 13(h) (Call Sign S2 1 15) Dear Ms. Domenici: Pursuant to section 25.1 13(h) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. 8 25.1 13(h), Globalstar Licensee LLC (“Globalstar”) hereby provides noticd’ to the Commission that, as of October 18, 2007, all four satellites launched on May 29,2007, have drifted into their orbital locations in the Globalstar Big LEO constellation and been placed into operation, replacing satellites with weak or non-hnctioning S-band antenna subsystems. Globalstar hereby certifies that operation of these four technically identical satellites does not cause it to exceed the number of operating space stations contemplated in Globalstar’s pending request for interim operating authority, filed on July 13,2007.’’ Should there be any questions concerning this matter, please contact the undersigned.
