Pursuant to Condition 7 of that authorization, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (*DIRECTV) hereby notifies the Commission that the satellite has completed the migration toits new orbitallocation In addition, further to my letter of February 2, 2006, this is to inform you that Telesat Canada has finalized a Technical Assistance Agreement with the U.S. Department of State, clearing the last contingency for use ofTelesat‘s earth stations to provide telemetry,tracking, and control communications to the satellte commencing on March 6, 2006.
