  Please be advised that Total RF Marketing, Inc. herewith withdraws its Objection to the request
  ofXM Radio for Special Temporary Authority as noted above.
  XM and Total RF have worked together to resolve Total‘s concems over the content of XM‘s
  request (and Total‘s concemn over possible secondary interference) and feel confident that the
  working agreements that we now have in place will fcilitate our mutual broadeast uses at the
  events identified in XM‘s request.
  Please markour Objection as Withdrawn.
