8. Description SES Americom, Inc. hereby respectfully requests special temporary authority for 30 days to relocate the AMC-15 Ku/Ka-band hybrid satellite immediately to the 117 degrees W.L. orbital position and to operate the satellite's Ku-band TT&C payload at that position.
