             Dear Ms. Dortch:

             Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat"), pursuant to condition #8 of the above
             referenced STA grant, hereby provides further notice to the Commission, in
             Attachment 1, of the date/time durations that the Intelsat 19 satellite will be
             transmitting in the 12.25—12.75 GHz band while in view of earth stations
             KA258 and KL—92, which the Commission authorized to communicate with
             Intelsat 19 during LEOP in IBFS File Nos. SES—STA—20120403—00327 and
             SES—STA—20120403—00328. Attachment 1 covers the time period from June 3,
             2012 through June 5, 2012. Intelsat will file a further report that will provide
             date/time durations of transmissions to the above earth stations after June 5,
             which will be determined after maneuvers are conducted.
