("Star One"), by its attorneys, notified the Commission that the Star One B1 satellite had been deorbited pursuant to Brazilian authority.1 The Commission has since asked Star One to provide the dates of the Star One B1 deorbiting process for the Commission‘s records. The Star One B1 satellite was successfully deorbited using standard procedures beginning on November 29, 2010 and ending on December 2, 2010. Please contact the undersigned if you have any questions.
