(Kepler) is hereby providing the Commission with further information on its non-geostationary satellite orbit (NGSO) fixed-satellite service (FSS) system, for which market access to the US was requested. On March 21, 2017 – the Commission requested further clarification from Kepler. Specifically, Kepler was requested to provide a copy of its ODAR report as filed with Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada. At the time, Kepler had not submitted any report due to the moratorium in place. Attached to this letter, please find an extract of Kepler’s ISED filing – specifically, portions pertaining to ODAR related matters. I trust the attached is to the Commission’s satisfaction and that all outstanding request and concerns are now resolved.
