Dear Ms. Dortch:

On Monday, April 15th, several members of senior management for WorldVu Satellites
Limited (“OneWeb”) met with Commissioner Brendan Carr and his Legal Advisor, Will Adams:
Chief Executive Officer Adrian Steckel, General Counsel Stephen Chernow, and Vice President
of Regulatory Affairs Ruth Pritchard-Kelly, together with the undersigned, were all present for
the meeting.

During this meeting, the parties discussed OneWeb’s positions of record with respect to
the substantial issues presented by the space station modification application filed by Space
Exploration Holdings, LLC (“SpaceX”), which have been addressed at length in OneWeb’s
recent submissions to the Commission. 1 In addition, OneWeb voiced its concern with respect to
SpaceX’s recent request for special temporary authority to launch and operate its non-
geostationary orbit constellation while the Modification Application remains pending.

Kindly contact the undersigned with any questions regarding this submission.
