       Call Sign S2368

Dear Ms. Dortch:

       Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Federal Communication Commission’s rules (47 C.F.R. §
25.280(a)), Intelsat License LLC hereby notifies the FCC of the commencement of inclined orbit
operations for Intelsat 1R.1 Set forth below is the information required by the Commission.

(1)    The operator’s name is Intelsat License LLC.

(2)    The satellite is expected to leave the 0.05° inclination control box on January 22, 2017. The last
       north/south station-keeping maneuver occurred on January 3, 2017.

(3)    The initial inclination (after the last north/south station-keeping maneuver) was 0.01°.

(4)    The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows:

SAT-STA-20161018-00099 (Dec. 23, 2016) (Public Notice). Intelsat 1R is permanently licensed at
50.1° W.L. See Policy Branch Information; Actions Taken, Report No. SAT-01156, File No. SAT-
MOD-20160219 (May 6, 2016) (Public Notice).
