Attachment to Grant IBFS File No. SAT—MOD—20120320—00057 Call Sign $2154 The application of Intelsat License LLC (Intelsat), IBFS File No. SAT—MOD—20120320—00057, for a modification of the authorization for the Galaxy 25 space station (Call Sign $2154), IS GRANTED.!‘ Accordingly, the license term for the Galaxy 25 space station is extended from June 30, 2012, until December 31, 2016. During this period, Intelsat is authorized to continue to operate Galaxy 25 at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location to provide Fixed Satellite Services (FSS) in the in the 3700—4200 MHz (space—to—Earth), 5925—6425 MHz (Earth—to—space), 11.7—12.2 GHz (space—to—Earth), and 14.0—14.5 GHz (Earth—to—space) frequency bands. Operations under this authorization must be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in Intelsat‘s application and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission, and are subject to the following conditions: 1. Intelsat will continue to operate the Galaxy 25 space station at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location subject to the conditions in the prior modification granted on November 21, 2008." 2s Intelsat shall maintain the Galaxy 25 space station at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location with an east/west longitudinal station—keeping tolerance of + 0.05 degrees. 3. Within 5 days of completion of the end—of—life maneuvers, Intelsat shall send a letter to the Chief, Satellite Division, International Bureau, indicating the apogee and perigee of the Galaxy 25 disposal orbit. 4. Intelsat is afforded 30 days from the date of release of this grant and authorization to decline this authorization as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the authorization as conditioned. 3: This action is issued pursuant to Section 0.261 of the Commission‘s rules on delegated authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.261, and is effective immediately.
