Because the limitation on use of this band only for international systems also exists in footnote NG104 the FCC‘s Table of Frequency Allocations, PanAmSat hereby clarifies thatit also seeks a waiver of footnote NG104 of the Table of Frequency Allocations (47 C.F.R.
