("ICO") hereby notifies the Commission that contract milestone #34, requiring completion of thermal vacuum testing, as specified in Appendix F of its satellite manufacturing contract, will be completed no later than June 15, 2007. This completion date is consistent with the required FCC milestone deadline for completion of thermal vacuum testing, as set forth in paragraph 21 of the ICO Extension Order."
