Because the partners provide mobile satellite services on a seamless, North American—wide basis, this will facilitate a harmonized approach to the provisioning and branding of services on both sides of the border. SkyTerra Sub requests that the Commission‘s records for the licenses and applications listed in the attached Exhibit be updated accordingly."
