("ICO") hereby notifies the Commission that contract milestone #28, specified in Appendix F of its satellite manufacturing contract to be completed on August 1,2006, was completed August 22,2006. Additionally, I C 0 previously notified the Commission that contract milestone #26 would be completed after its scheduled completion date of June 15, 2006.2 IC0 hereby notifies the Commission that this milestone was completed on August, 14,2006. Neither contract milestone corresponds to any of the implementation milestones referenced in paragraph 38 of the I C 0 Modzjkation Order.
