(DigitalGlobe) submitted a copy of a satellite construction contract between DigitalGlobe and Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corp. to establish compliance with the contract milestone for this space station license. In the contract, the customer is listed as DigitalGlobe, Inc. The license for this space station, however, is held by DG Consents Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of DigitalGlobe. Consequently, we request DigitalGlobe to inform us, by letter, what obligation the licensee, DG Consents Sub, Inc., has if the customer, DigitalGlobe, Inc., fails to perform under the terms of the contract. Please provide this information by February 13, 2007. If DigitalGlobe does not submit the information by this date, the Commission will proceed with its milestone determination based upon the information on file.
