Intelsat North America LLC’s (“Int lsat”) request, File No. SAT-MOD- 20040727-001481 (Call Sign, S2160 , for a six-month extension of the launch milestone date for the INTELSAT MERICAS (“IA-8”) satellite, formerly known as Telestar-8,2 IS GRANTE . Accordingly, we extend the launch milestone date for the IA-8 satellite rom September 30, 2004 until March 30, 2005. The conditions contained in t e IA-8 authorization otherwise remain unchanged. In Octo er 2003, the International Bureau issued an order granting Loral extensions of both the construction and ilestone dates for the satellite.
