The March 9 leter requestscertain additional information in connection with Celsats modification application, File No. SAT—MOD—20040717—00134, and requests that the information be filed with the ECC no later than March 23, 2005.. As I discussed with Ms. Roberts, Loral‘s ongoing bankruptey court proceeding has made it dificult for Celsat to obtain the requisite information from Loral. In view ofthe foregoing, Ms. Roberts granted Celsata 20—day extension ofthe deadline for filing the information. Accordingly, Celsat‘s response to the March 9 letter is now due at the FCC on Tuesday, April 12, 2005. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned ifyou have any questions.
