(SES AMERICOM), by its attorneys and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the grant of the above—referenced application, hereby advises the Commission that it began drifting Satcom C—4 from 135° W.L. to 85° W.L. on September 30, 2004. The spacecraft will move at a rate of approximately 0.5 degrees per day, and is expected to arrive at 85° W.L. on or about January 4, 2005.
