Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") hereby notifies the Commission that it has successfully de—orbited its
Intelsat 7 satellite. De—orbit was completed on February 26, 2016. The final measured orbit of the
Intelsat 7 satellite is 588 km above the geostationary arc, with an apogee and perigee of 599 km and 577
km above the arc, respectively. In the course of de—orbiting the satellite, Intelsat depleted the propellant
tanks, discharged the batteries, disconnected the power from the bus, and shut off the transmitters.
