Washington, DC 200554 Re: Notice of Commencement of Inclined Orbit Operations for Intelsat 705 Call Sign: $2395 Dear Ms. Dortch: Pursuant to Section 25.280(a) of the Commission‘s rules (47 C.F.R. § 25.280(a)), Intelsat North America LLC hereby notifies the FCC of the commencement of inclined orbit operations for Intelsat 705, which currently is operating at 50.0° W.L. Set forth below is the information required by the Commission. (1) The operator‘s name is Intelsat North America LLC. (2) The satellite exited the 0.05° inclination control box on November 24, 2009. The last north/south station—keeping maneuver occurred on November 16, 2009. (3) The initial inclination (after the last north/south station—keeping maneuver) was 0.02398°. (4) The rate of change in inclination per year is as follows: 2009 —0.905° per year 2010 —0.872° per year 2011 —0.839° per year 2012 —0.812° per yer . (5) The expected end—of—lifeof the satellite accounting for inclined orbit operations is April 2012.
