Ahern Reference: Request for Extension of Time in Geostar Positioning Corporation, File Nos. 43/44/45—DSS—MP/ML—90 , 46/48—DSS—P/LA—90, 51/52/53—DSS—EXT—90, CSS—90—012/013/ 014/015 (ML) Dear Ms. Ahern: This is in response to your request, filed on behalf of QUALCOMM Inc. (QUALCOMM), for an extension of time until November 28, 1990 to file responses in the above—referenced proceedlng. You indicate that an extension is necessary to allow QUALCOMM and other parties sufficient time to analyze and respond to the Opposition filed by Geostar Positioning Corporation on November 7, 1990, as well as to Comments filed by Motorola Inc. and would serve the Commission‘s interest in proceeding efficiently. You state that counsel for all other parties have advised you that no party objects to this extension request. In addition, you state that all parties agree that the establishment of a single date for filing responses will aid the Commission‘s administrative efficiency. We agree that a single date would be helpful and will not delay action on Geostar‘s applications. Therefore, pursuant to Section 0.291 of the Commission‘s rules on delegations of authority, 47 C.F.R. § 0.291, the date for filing responses is extended to November 28, 1990 .
