Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: WorldVu Satellites Limited, Petition for a Declaratory Ruling Granting Access to the U.S. Market for the OneWeb System, File No. SAT-LOI- 20160428-00041 Dear Ms. Dortch: WorldVu Satellites Limited (“OneWeb”), by counsel, files this letter pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC”) rules1 to provide updated ownership and contact information for the above-referenced pending petition requesting access to the U.S. market for OneWeb’s planned low earth orbit, non-geostationary orbit Ku- and Ka-band satellite system. Specifically, as detailed in the attached exhibit, OneWeb reports that Eric Béranger, Ohad Finkelstein and Ricardo Salinas are now officers and directors of OneWeb. Matthew McGowan O’Connell and Patrick McCall, both of whom were reported in the pending petition, are no longer on the board of directors. In addition, and as detailed in the attached exhibit, Softbank Group Corp. is now a shareholder with a reportable interest. Indian Continent Investment Limited no longer holds a reportable interest.
