TBFS File Nos.: SAT—LOI—20160308—00026 (Call Sign $2958) and SAT—LOI—20160308— 00025 (Call Sign $2957) Dear Mr. Wilson: This letter requests additional information regarding Spectrum Five‘s above captioned Letters of Intent to provide service to the United States using 17/24 GHs broadcasting—satellite service (BSS) space stations authorized by the Netherlands, to be known as BSSNET2A—11S5SW, from the 115° W.L. orbital location and BSSNET2A—111, from the 110.9° W.L. orbital location. To assist the Satellite Division with the processing of these applications, we request, pursuant to Section 25.111(a) of the Commission‘s rules, that Spectrum Five provide the following information and clarifications: 1. For each application, please provide information on the "accuracy to which the antenna axis attitude will be maintained," pursuant to Section 25.114(c)(5)(v) of the Commission‘s rules, 47 CFR § 25.114(c)(5)(v). 2. For IBFS File No. SAT—LOI—20160308—00026, please provide a corrected Technical Narrative with information for BSSNET2A—115W, and not BSSNET2A—1 11.‘ In addition, for IBFS File No. SAT—LOI—20160308—00025, please clarify that the reference to BSSNET2A—115W, on page 8 of the Technical Narrative, should be BSSNET2A—111W. The information and clarifications requested above must be submitted within 30 days of the date of this letter.
