During the conversation, Spectrum Five reiterated that timely grant of the Petition was essential for expeditiously making the benefits of Spectrum Five‘s service available to American consumers. Mr. Wilson also emphasized the need for, and benefits of, prompt licensing to facilitate coordination between DBS operators.
