Dear Ms. Dortch, Loft Orbital Solutions Inc. (“Loft Orbital”) is aware that as a result of actions taken at the International Telecommunication Union’s (“ITU’s”) 1998 Plenipotentiary Conference, and further modified by the ITU Council in subsequent years, processing fees will now be charged by the ITU for satellite network filings. As a consequence, Federal Communications Commission applicants are responsible for any and all fees charged by the ITU. Loft Orbital hereby states that it is aware of this requirement and unconditionally accepts all cost recovery responsibilities associated with the ITU filings for the YAM satellite network.
