Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Density Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Level ELDL, ERDL, GLDL, 3.7 – 4.2 GHz -32 dBW/Hz - GRDL, WLDL, WRDL 11.45 – 11.7 GHz -21 dBW/Hz ‐ AVDL AHDL, AVDL, MHDL, 11.7 – 11.95 GHz -21 dBW/Hz ‐ MVDL AHDL, AVDL, MHDL, 11.95– 12.2 GHz -21 dBW/Hz ‐ MVDL AHUL, AVUL, MHUL, 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -46 dBW/Hz MVUL Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
