Downlink EIRP Uplink Power Frequency Band Beam(s) Density Level Density Level R1LD, R1RD, R2LD, R2RD, 10.95 – 11.2 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - R3LD, R3RD, R4LD, R4RD 11.45 – 11.7 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - PRLD, PRRD, CBCR, TCNR R1LD, R1RD, R2LD, R2RD, 11.7 – 11.95 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - R3LD, R3RD, R4LD, R4RD 11.95 – 12.2 GHz -21 dBW/Hz - PRLD, PRRD ABCH, ABCV, BBCH, BBCV, 14.0 – 14.5 GHz - -46 dBW/Hz COBH, COBV, VBCH, VBCV, TCNU Intelsat understands that per the Commission’s rules, it is not obligated to coordinate the above levels with U.S. license applicants and petitioners for U.S. market access that file applications/market access requests after the date of this letter.
