                          Dear Ms. Dortch:

                          Intelsat License LLC (“Intelsat”), by counsel, hereby further supplements its above-
                          referenced pending application to launch and operate Intelsat 29e, a replacement
                          satellite with new frequencies, at 50.0° W.L.

                          Intelsat submits this supplement to update the Federal Communications
                          Commission (“FCC”) that Intelsat 29e’s operations in the 12.2-12.5 GHz and 17.3-
                          17.55 GHz bands will be coordinated under the Administration of the United
                          Kingdom’s International Telecommunication Union (“ITU”) filing UKBSS-50W.
                          Intelsat requests that the United States state its non-objection to the United
                          Kingdom’s bringing into use the ITU filing UKBSS-50W by the Intelsat 29e
                          satellite, in accordance with ITU Circular Letter CR/333 (May 2, 2012).
