The Spacecraf Critical Design Review was completed on 19 November 2010. 2. The spacecraft constrction is underway. All Payload Input Section testing is complete, and upon completion of the payload panels, which is scheduled to complete in April 2011, Payload End-to-end testing wil be conducted followed by Payload Module Thermal Vacuum testing. 3. Spacecraft Thermal Vacuum testing and Dynamcs testing is scheduled for this summer and early falL. The Spacecraft is scheduled to ship to the launch site late in the fourth quarer of 2011.
