The Spacecraft Critical Design Review was completed on November 12, 2009. 2. The Spacecraft construction is well underway, and payload module thermal vacuum tests, including the post test data review, were successfully completed on August 4, 2010 3. Preparations for satellite dynamics tests are underway. The Spacecraft is scheduled to ship to the launch base in the first quarter of 2011.
