("ESLLC") notified the Commission by letter that EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation ("ESOC"), a wholly—owned subsidiary of ESLLC, was being substituted for ESLLC as the applicant in the above—referenced applications. See Attachment 1. At that time, all of these applications were still pending. The change in applicant, however, has not been reflected in the Commission‘s records. Dortch March 28, 2007 Page 2 Specifically, five of the applications have been granted since November 18, 2005, in the name of ESLLC rather than ESOC.‘ In addition, the two applications that are still pending remain in the name of ESLLC (rather than ESOC) in the International Bureau Filing System ("IBFS"), even though ESLLC‘s November 18 letter appears in their IBFS profiles." As a matter of housekeeping, therefore, ESLLC and ESOC respectfully request that the Commission update its records, nunc pro tunc, to reflect that ESOC is the licensee or applicant (as the case may be) in the above—referenced file numbers.
