ViaSat seeks waivers of Sections 2.106, NG165, and 25.210(i) of the Commission's rules. SAT-STA-20091216-00146 E S2391 Intelsat North America LLC Date Filed: 12/16/2009 17:18:03:21000 Special Temporary Authority Intelsat North America, LLC seeks special temporary authority for a period of 60 days, beginning February 15, 2010, to drift its C-/Ku-band space station Intelsat 801 from 31.5º W.L. to 29.5º W.L. and to operate it temporarily at the 29.5º W.L. location. Intelsat proposes to operate in the 3625-4200 MHz band (Earth-to-space) and 5850-6425 MHz band (space-to-Earth) during the drift and to operate in these bands, as well as the 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-11.95 GHz and 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), once the space station has arrived at the 29.5º W.L. location.
