The answer to Question 43a on the Form 3 12 should be “C” rather than “B,”As clearly demonstrated in both the narrative and the Technical Annex filed with that Amendment, it is not technically feasible for EchoStar to comply with the applicable geographic service requirements, 47 C.F.R. 9 25.225, because of the low look-angles &om Alaska and Hawaii towards the proposed satellite at 62.15” W.L. See Narrative at 4, Technical Annex at 18. Correspondingly, the reference to Alaska and Hawaii on page 2 of the Technical Annex is also a typographical error and should also be struck.
