                                             SAT-AMD-20021015-00230

Today, we grant Intelsat LLC’s request, as amended by its October 15th filing,’ to modify
its license and operate the INTELSAT 601 satellite at the 64.25” E.L. orbital location,
subject to the following condition:

         1) Intelsat LLC will operate the INTELSAT 601 satellite in compliance with
                 all existing coordination agreements.

1
In its modification application (File No. SAT-MOD-2002081 3-00 15 l), Intelsat LLC sought
authority to operate the INTELSAT 601 satellite at 32.9” E.L. rather than at 33.0” E.L., as previously
authorized. On October 1.5,2002, Intelsat LLC filed an amendment (SAT-AMD-2002 10 15-00030) to its
application seeking authority to relocate the INTELSAT 601 satellite from 33.0” E.L. to 64.25” E.L. rather
than at 32.9” E.L. as previously requested.
