On July 27, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Hughes Network Systems, LLC, to access the United States
market using a proposed Ka-band geostationary orbit space station, Jupiter 97W, which will operate under the authority of the United Kingdom at
the 97.1° W.L. orbital location. Hughes is granted access to the U.S. market to provide Fixed-Satellite Service from the 97.1° W.L. orbital
location using the 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-29.5 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz frequency bands (Earth-to-space) and the 18.3-18.8 GHz and 19.7-20.2
GHz frequency bands (space-to-Earth) on a primary basis. In addition, Hughes is granted U.S. market access to provide FSS using the 18.8-19.3
GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band on a non-interference basis and the 28.6-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band on a secondary basis.
Hughes is also granted U.S. market access to use the following center frequencies for telemetry, tracking, and command operations for Jupiter
97W at 97.1° W.L.: 28.351 GHz, 28.353 GHz and 29.998 GHz (Earth-to-space); and 19.7005 GHz, 19.7025 GHz and 20.1995 GHz
(space-to-Earth).

On August 1, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Hughes Network Systems, LLC, to access the United States
market using a proposed Ka- and V-band geostationary orbit space station, Jupiter 91W, which will operate under the authority of the United
Kingdom at the 90.9° W.L. orbital location. Hughes is granted access to the U.S. market to provide Fixed-Satellite Service from the 90.9° W.L.
orbital location using the 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-29.5 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz frequency bands (Earth-to-space) and the 18.3-18.8 GHz and
19.7-20.2 GHz frequency bands (space-to-Earth) on a primary basis, and the 47.2-50.2 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 39.0-42.0 GHz (space-to-Earth)
frequency bands on a co-primary basis. In addition, Hughes is granted U.S. market access to provide FSS using the 18.8-19.3 GHz
(space-to-Earth) frequency band on a non-interference basis and the 28.6-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band on a secondary basis.
Hughes is also granted U.S. market access to use the following center frequencies for telemetry, tracking, and command operations for Jupiter

On August 2, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days,
from June 30, 2012 through July 29, 2012, to continue to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 19 space station at 176.0° E.L. in the 3700-4200
MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands. Intelsat is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Intelsat 19 at 176.0° E.L. and to
drift Intelsat 19 from 176.0° E.L. to its authorized location at 166.0° E.L. using the following center frequencies: 12.2535 GHz, 12.2540 GHz,
12.2560 GHz, and 12.2565 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0005 GHz and 14.0030 GHz (Earth-to-space).

On July 30, 2012, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, in
connection with operations of the Intelsat 20 space station. Intelsat is authorized to operate telemetry transmissions (space-to-Earth) using center
frequencies of 12746.5 MHz, 12747.0 MHz, 12748.0 MHz, and 12748.5 MHz for launch and early orbit phase operations of Intelsat 20. In
addition, Intelsat is authorized to conduct in-orbit testing of Intelsat 20 at 63.15º E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6675 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.70 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.50-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.50 GHz
(Earth-to-space), 29.50-30.00 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 19.70-20.20 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to operate
telemetry, tracking, and command using center frequencies of 12.7465 GHz, 12.7470 GHz, 12.7480 GHz, and 12.7485 GHz (space-to-Earth), and
13.7505 GHz and 14.4980 GHz (Earth-to-space) to support IOT operations at the 63.15º E.L. orbital location and to effect Intelsat 20's drift to its
authorized location of 68.5º E.L. upon the completion of IOT at 63.15º E.L.

3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to continue telemetry,
tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain Galaxy 12 at 129.0º W.L. using the following center frequencies: 4198 MHz
(space-to-Earth), 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).
