SAT-A/O-20111205-00233 E S2369 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Date Filed: 12/05/2011 15:59:09:86300 Authorization to Operate DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC seeks authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations to maintain the DIRECTV 1R satellite as an in-orbit spare at the 109.8° W.L. orbital location. DIRECTV is not requesting authority to operate the DBS communications payload of DIRECTV 1R. DIRECTV seeks waiver of Sections 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules relating to venting stored energy sources at the end of the satellite's operational life.
