SAT-MOD-20061003-00116 E KS35 Intelsat North America LLC Modification Withdrawn Effective Date: 12/11/2007 Nature of Service: Maritime Mobile Satellite Service, Mobile Satellite Service SAT-MOD-20070626-00087 E S2191 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/13/2007 Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service On December 13, 2007, the Policy Branch granted, with conditions, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC request for a modification to operate its Ka-band space station, SPACEWAY 1, from the 102.885º W.L. orbital location in the 18.3-18.8/19.7-20.2 GHz (Downlink) and 28.35-28.60/29.25-30.00 GHz (Uplink) frequency bands. This authorization is granted in accordance with the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in DIRECTV's application, the conditions of its existing license, the Attachment to grant, and the Commission's rules. SAT-STA-20070927-00134 E S2191 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/13/2007 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On December 13, 2007, the Policy Branch granted, to the extent necessary, DIRECTV's request for special temporary authority to operate its Ka-band space station, SPACEWAY 1, at the 102.885º W.L. orbital location in accordance with the terms and condition of previously granted STA, File No. SAT-STA-20070628-00089, and is otherwise dismissed as moot. See File No. SAT-MOD-20070626-00087 for more information. SAT-STA-20070928-00135 E Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/10/2007 On December 10, 2007, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. (Sirius) to operate 15 terrestrial repeaters at power levels at or below 2 kW EIRP for a period of 180 days, at the locations and with the technical parameters set forth in its application, and subject to conditions. SAT-STA-20071018-00142 E S2237 PanAmSat Licensee Corp. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/13/2007 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On December 13, 2007, the Policy Branch granted with conditions PanAmSat Licensee Corp.'s request for special temporary authority to operate Intelsat 11 satellite's Tracking, Telemetry, and Command (TT&C) functions at the 43.2° W.L. orbital location for a period of 180 days commencing on December 12, 2007 using the following TT&C frequencies: center frequencies 13246.5 MHz (horizontal polarization) and 13995.5 MHz (vertical polarization), each with a bandwith of 1000 mhz, for command operations; and at the center frequencies 11448 MHz (horizontal polarization) and 11449 MHz (horizontal polarization), each with a bandwidth of 500 mhz, for telemetry operations subject to the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in PanAmSat's application, the attacment to grant and the Commission's rules: SAT-STA-20071126-00162 E PanAmSat Licensee Corp. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/13/2007 On December 13, 2007, the Policy Branch granted PanAmSat's request for a 30 day special temporary to operate the Intelsat 11 satellite's TT&C functions at the 43.2° W.L. orbital location to the extent necessary and otherwise dismissed as moot.
