On December 14, 2006, the Satellite Division granted DG Consents, Sub, Inc.'s (DG Consents) application to modify its
nongeostationary orbit satellite system (NGSO) in the Earth Exploration Satellite Service (EESS) operating in the 8025-8400 MHz
band. Accordingly, DG Consents is authorized to reduce the number of satellites in its EESS system from four satellites to two.

September 30, 2008.

The Bureau has determined that EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation has met the Construction Design Review (CDR)
milestone associated with this authorization (File No. SAT-LOA-20031215-00355, as amended by, SAT-MOD-20041102-00206
and SAT-MOD-20050617-00127), and may reduce the bond amount by 25% as provided in the Amendment of the Commission's
Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. IB Docket No.
02-34, 18 FCC Rcd 10760 (2003); Amendment of the Commission's Space Station Licensing Rules and Policies, First Order on
Reconsideration and Fifth Report and Order, IB Docket No. 02-34, 19 FCC Rcd 12637 (2004).
