SAT-STA-20180810-00061 E AMSC-1 Ligado Networks Subsidiary LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/28/2018 On August 28, 2018, the Satellite Division granted the request of Ligado Networks Subsidiary LLC for special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the MSAT-2 space station from the 103.3° W.L. orbital location to the 106.5° W.L. orbital location using the 11.7005 GHz and 11.701 (space-to-Earth), 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies for TT&C, and beacon frequencies at 10.7535 GHz and 10.751 GHz. SAT-STA-20180817-00063 E S2930 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/28/2018 On August 28, 2018, the Satellite DIvision granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift DIRECTV T15 from the 102.75° W.L. orbital location to the 100.85° W.L. orbital location and to provide direct broadcast satellite service while at 100.85° W.L. in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. INFORMATIVE SAT-PPL-20160225-00020 S2955 Telesat International Limited The Satellite Division has determined that Telesat International Limited has met the launch and begin operations milestone associated with its grant of market access for the Telstar 19 VANTAGE space station at 63° W.L. (Call Sign S2955) and may release the bond associated with this space station, as provided in the Comprehensive Review of Licensing and Operating Rules for Satellite Services, Second Report and Order, 30 FCC Rcd 14713 (2015).
