Pursuant to Section 25.137 of the Commission's rules and the DISCO II Reconsideration Order, and the Commission's extension of the policies enunciated therein to make them applicable to Ka-band space station operations, Telesat International Limited respectfully petitions the Federal Communications Commission for a declaratory ruling adding the Telstar 19 VANTAGE (T19V) satellite to the Permitted Space Station List.
